What NYFW best Street Style moments Tell Us About Spring Fashion

This past week at New York Fashion Week attendees were bold, bright, and inventive. There was no lack of color, DIY moments, and risk taking. While I love winter and all the fashion that comes with it, NYFW street style made me excited for spring shopping! Here’s what my favorite street style moments this week tells us about Spring trends coming!

Denim Denim Denim!

Denim has never been out, but this spring is more different than we’ve ever seen. It’s not just a denim jacket over your favorite pair of Levi’s - it’s the reimagined, the reworked, the refreshingly creative.

They’ve been in heavy for a whole calendar year now, and looks like they’re not going anywhere!

Sheer

So many sheer moments in a variety of ways. It was 30 something degrees but there was no fear of elegantly showing some skin.

Ballet core

Whatever this means to you, however you want to interpret your ballerina era - NOW is your moment!

Acid green

Whether it’s the lime green of 2019, or the emerald green of 2021. Every year a new green is trending, and this year is no different. There were accents and outfits full of acid green.

All the Pinks!!

We all saw this coming. The Anne Hatheway and Florence Pugh jaw dropping moments at the last years Valentino show caused hot pink to trend early. So not only will it only grow as the premiere of the Barbie movie gets closer, but every shade of pink is trending crazier than ever. Whether you wear several shades together or one piece a day, stock up on all the pinks!!

It’s daring, it’s sexy, whether it was the whole look or just a touch- statement red pieces were all over the streets.
